powerpc: Remove CONFIG_PPC_MMU_NOHASH_32
Since commit Fixes: 555904d07eef ("powerpc/8xx: MM_SLICE is not needed anymore"),
CONFIG_PPC_MMU_NOHASH_32 has not been used.
Remove it.
