Add list_models() library function and --list-models CLI flag
models.py: Model dataclass (name, is_default, is_preview) and list_models()
returning the known model set sourced from gemini-cli-core/models.js
cli.py: --list-models flag prints each model with [default]/[preview] tag and exits
__init__.py: export Model and list_models
