Replace volume-mounted credentials with env vars
Read GEMINI_REFRESH_TOKEN/ACCESS_TOKEN/TOKEN_EXPIRY from env in auth.py;
entrypoint.sh synthesizes oauth_creds.json from env at runtime; compose.yml
uses env_file instead of config dir volume; add .env.example template.
