Add modular compose layout and just test-docker recipes
compose/base/gemini-py.yml — reusable base service definition
compose/scenarios/standalone.yml — named project (gemini-py-standalone)
includes base, overrides entrypoint to python3 (skips mitmproxy cert
wait/SSL_CERT_FILE logic), loads .env directly
justfile: test-docker / test-docker-tools recipes using
docker compose run --build --rm against the standalone scenario
